Disaster recovery (DR) is a crucial component of business continuity planning. It involves strategies and processes designed to restore system access, minimise downtime, and mitigate financial losses after a disruptive event—whether it’s a cyber-attack, hardware failure, or natural disaster. In partnership with HandyTech Specialists we offer the following disaster recovery services.

| A drive image is an exact, sector‑by‑sector copy of a storage drive, including all data, system files, and configuration settings. Creating an image typically takes 15 minutes or more, depending on drive size and speed. Restoring an image to a drive of the same size usually takes a similar amount of time. Restoring to a larger drive may take longer because partitions often need to be expanded after the image is applied. | |

- 1 Rates are per image unless otherwise specified
- 2 Images are stored encrypted in cloud storage.
- 3 Rates are per hour or any portion thereof (for first hour). After the first hour, billing is calculated by the minute (Hourly rate / 60), so you’re only charged for the exact time used rather than a full additional hour.
